Stay at the Tomb - Aug 2026 Prayer

*Monthly Intercessory Prayer Summary – August 1, 2026* *Theme:* Persistent Prayer Brings Divine Encounters and Prepares the Way for God's Purpose *Opening Reflection* The group reflected on *John 20:1–18* , focusing on Mary Magdalene, who remained at the tomb even after others had left. Her *persistence, love, and devotion* led to the miraculous encounter with the risen Lord Jesus. *Key Insight:* Mary's steadfastness reminds us that those who remain faithful in seeking the Lord will experience His presence and receive fresh revelation. We prayed that believers would cultivate the same perseverance and consistency in their prayer lives. *Thanksgiving* - We thanked God for: • His faithfulness and provision throughout the past year at the WMR site. • The extension of the WMR car park for another year. • The vision He has given for church expansion and the opportunities He continues to open before us. *Prayer Points* *Church Expansion* We prayed for God's wisdom, favour, ...

Throw Open doors to God - Jun2026

Throw Open doors to God Reference: Romans 5:1-2 (MSG):  “By entering through faith into what God has always wanted to do for us—set us right with him, make us fit for him—we have it all together with God because of our Master Jesus. And that’s not all: We throw open our doors to God and discover at the same moment that He has already thrown open His door to us. We find ourselves standing where we always hoped we might stand—out in the wide open spaces of God’s Grace and Glory, standing tall and shouting our Praise.” In everyday English, to “throw open” something means to open it wide, suddenly, and without hesitation—not just a crack or cautious peek, but a full-swing, unlatched, unbolted gesture. It conveys a release of defensiveness, no ID checks at the door, no chain left fastened. It blends vulnerability with welcome—like pulling back curtains to let morning light flood a dark room, or swinging open your front door to a long-missed friend. By contrast, a “door kept shut” declar...

If He said it, He will do it

Intercessory Monthly Meeting – May 2, 2026 Theme: If He said it, He will do it! 1. 15 intercessory warriors showed up – not in name only, but in spirit. - The atmosphere was desperate, eager, and hungry.   - Cases upon cases (prayer requests) were presented.   - Men and women shared words of encouragement and scriptures – all pointing to one truth: He is completely dependable AND TRUSTABLE. Our Declaration - If You said it, You will do it We echoed Paul in 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 – God Himself makes us holy and whole.   We started by thanking Him:  For who He is || For what He has done || For what He has already purposed   When we know that God Himself got into the business to make everything holy and whole – what else do we need? Amen! The Testimony of Determination - One warrior chose to stand in the gap over a haircut or personal chores. That’s the attitude of the **Canaanite woman** (Matthew 15) –   She kept calling. The discipl...

An Invitation to Stand in the Gap – Easter Weekend Intercessory Meeting

16 Hours of Standing in the Gap along with 45 Prayer warriers – A Easter Weekend Summary Dear Prayer Warriors & BCC Family, This morning, as I reviewed my journal of what God has done this Easter weekend, I can only say: I Praise God for His Mercies.. From the Good Friday 12-hour session (which turned into almost 14 hours!), to the Saturday 2-hour Intercessory meeting (plus an extra 30 minutes), to the hour of prayer before our Sunday services—we have spent nearly 16 hours collectively inviting His presence to deal with the matters close to our hearts: our Church, our nations, our communities, and our families. And 45 of us showed up across these three occasions, cumulatively. That itself is a miracle that only our GOD could orchestrate. I thank God for His resurrected power that enables us to draw closer to Him, access His presence with all His fullness, and joyfully enjoy life—because He has already given us everything. Thank you for standing in the gap like Moses. Thank you for ...

Living the Empowered Life — God’s Way - Feb 2026

07Feb26-Summary: Intercession Gathering | 1WMR Site, BCC The Church* This morning, *18 intercessors* gathered not in word only, but in the *demonstrated power of the Holy Spirit.* In the spirit of 1 Corinthians 4:20, where Paul confronts a divided church with the truth that “God’s Way is not a matter of mere talk; it’s an empowered life,” we moved beyond discussion into divine encounter. *Highlights of Our Time:* *   *A Heart of Thanksgiving:* We began with Hannah’s prayer (1 Samuel 2:1–10), bursting with “God-news”—recognizing His unparalleled power to speak life into barrenness and fill homes with purpose and blessing. *   *Focused, Layered Intercession:* In unity, we prayed in expanding circles—for Bromley, London, the UK, and every continent. We declared, like the early church, that “the word of the Lord spread widely and grew in power” (Acts 19:20). *   *Prophetic Declarations:* Pastor Mark led prayers for deliverance in families, church growth, financ...

A Year of Room – Expanding Space - Jan 2026

Subject: He Has Given Us Room! A Report from Our First 2026 Intercessory Prayer   Dear BCC Family, Hallelujah! A resounding praise to the Lord this morning! Eighteen prayer-filled souls gathered for our very first Intercessory Prayer of 2026. Despite the morning's weather and road challenges, nothing stopped us from stepping into God's promises for this new year. It was a powerful declaration that when we seek Him, He meets us.  We began by anchoring our time on the foundational promise God gave to Isaac in Genesis 26:24: "I am the God of your father Abraham. Do not be afraid, for I am with you; I will bless you and will increase the number of your descendants for the sake of my servant Abraham." A couple of powerful truths from this verse set the triumphant tone for our session: Fear not, I will bless you, I will increase for the sake of Abraham... From this foundation, the Holy Spirit wove a rich tapestry of scripture through the believers present: From Isaiah 51 ...

A Woman's Faith - Jan 2025

A Woman's Faith Reference: Mk 7:24-30/ Mt 15:21-28 Jesus involved – let’s make sure He is part of our matters.  A Canaanite woman, crying loudly and persistently asking, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me, have pity, my daughter is full of demons, possessed by an evil spirit.”  Jesus remained silent and didn’t say a word.  Her answer surprised Him: “Even puppies get the crumbs that fall from their owners’ table.”  She called Jesus the Owner. She didn’t argue but invited Him into her situation and condition. She was desperate – desperate times call for desperate actions.  Jesus said, “Dear woman, you have great faith. You will be given what you want.”  At that moment – not later, not the next day, week, or month – instantly, her daughter was healed.  The woman had to go home to find out, and so Jesus said, “Go in peace.”
