The Reality of Prayer

Prayer, in the moral government of God, is as strong and far reaching as the law of gravitation in the material world, and it is as necessary as gravitation to hold things in their proper atmosphere and in life. Therefore, we ought to thoroughly understand ourselves and understand also this great business of prayer. Prayer is not a mere habit, riveted by custom and memory, something which must be gone through with, its value depending upon the decency and perfection of the performance. Prayer is not a duty which must be performed to ease obligation and to quiet conscience. Prayer is not mere privilege, a sacred indulgence to be taken advantage of, at leisure, at pleasure, at will, and no serious loss attending its omission. Prayer is a solemn service due to God, an adoration, a worship, an approach to God for some request, the presenting of some desire, the expression of some need to Him, who supplies all need, and who satisfies all desires; who, as a father, finds His greatest p...

What is Prayer

There are many definitions and experiences Exodus 16 proofs that it's a conversation. No matter what is our alignment - close or little far in terms of relationship with Him. The conversations that we do, engage, follow - everything is important in His dictionary. V3- People said- If only we had died by the Lord’s hand in Egypt! There we sat around pots of meat and ate all the food we wanted, but you have brought us out into this desert to starve this entire assembly to death- Ouch- Oh Boy- it's a touch one. are we such bad to say anything such ways to anyone. This is the conversations between Moses and Isralities= But God is engagaed to respond - very swiftly- every conversation that we have- it's important to the Lord- Whether it's simple or complex one He knows us He Hears us He does good to us He devices a new strategy- because of our discussions- He creates a new things, new ways- When the conversations have come as compliants itself- He created a new ways, Manna...

Consider Him in Dec 2020

ðŸ•‘ 12 mins The author of Hebrew letter mentioned in 12:3 Consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. Jesus showed His love to the mankind (Jn 3:16), fulfilment of the Father's Laws/commands to build the everlasting relationship (Mt 5:17) and distributed simplified commandments to the New Testament life (M7 22:37-40). One of the practical lessons that was outlined from His Life was on endurance (the ability to endure an unpleasant or difficult process or situation without giving way) & to consider Him who endured. Hallelujah. The Life Jesus and His first set of apostles lived and went through the unpleasant or difficulties. David said that Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. Ps 23:4 Paul offered prayer to Colossians (Col 1: 10-11) so that you may walk in a manner worthy of the Lord and may please Him in every w...

Secret of Prayer is Praying in Secret

ðŸ•‘ 10 mins Prayer Changes Everything !!! Trust in God that he will give you the confidence to continue with His plans, even when you encounter opposition. Don’t allow opposition to deflect you from your God-given task – trust God and get on with the job. Look up and trust God to give you success. The Lord favours those who fear and worship Him [with awe-inspired reverence and obedience], Those who wait for His mercy and lovingkindness. Psalms 147:11 AMP Please, O Lord, let Your ear be attentive to the prayer of Your servant and the prayer of Your servants who delight to [reverently] fear Your Name [Your essence, Your nature, Your attributes, with awe]; and make Your servant successful this day and grant him compassion in the sight of this man [the king].” F or I was cupbearer to the king [of Persia].
