Keep Your Eyes Open (July 2026)

Monthly Intercessory Prayer Summary - July 4, 2026 - Theme: Keep our eyes open as we enter into the H2 2026.  Alignment with God Through the Blood of Jesus!!

Opening Reflection: The group reflected on Luke 22:1-13, contrasting two responses to God's direction:
· Peter and John: Kept their eyes open, followed the Master's words as top priority, and entered the new city ready for assignment
· Judas: Went to the world and agreed with religious leaders to betray Jesus

Key Insight: Even one of the twelve chosen by Jesus can go astray without intentional alignment.

Thanksgiving: Thanked God for:
· First half of 2026 guidance
· Provision, protection, healing, and anointing
· Ministry outcomes

Core Teaching: Obtaining the Blood of Jesus
Question: How can we obtain the Blood of Jesus Christ?
Answer: It was shed on Calvary—you receive it through belief.
Alignment with God required understanding that:

· God cannot behold sin (Habakkuk 1:13)
· Iniquities separate us from God (Isaiah 59:1-2)
· Jesus is the Lamb who takes away the sin of the world (John 1:29)
· Without shedding of blood, there is no remission (Hebrews 9:22)

Remission Defined: Complete forgiveness, pardon, and cancellation of sin's penalty—an ultimate release from the "debt" of sin.

Worship Moment
· Sang: "The Blood that Jesus shed for me will never lose its power"
· Read Revelation 4 and declared with Sister Yolima: "Holy, Holy, Holy, You are Worthy to be Praised. Worthy is the Lamb..."

Prayer Points
For Nations:
· Venezuela: Recovery from earthquake impact—no medical supplies, limited government support, struggling businesses

For Young Generation:
· Grace to be set apart
· Strengthening and anointing
· Elevation to higher places

Insights from Scripture:
· Sister Revathy shared from 1 Kings 18—Elijah rebuilt the broken altar and proved the Lord is God
· Isaiah 54-1-6 was declared

Additional Prayer:
· To stop what God does not permit
· To receive divine insights
· To take charge like Ananias, who prayed for Saul to become Paul—who then performed greater works for the Lord (Acts 9)

Participation
14 prayer warriors covered multiple prayer themes. Thanks given for the WMR building where the gathering was held.

Closing: Purpose for H2 2026: Keep looking for clues, tasks, and assignments to fulfill our purposes. God Blesses.

REMINDER – TOMORROW at 7AM: Monthly Intercessory Prayer

Dear Prayer family,

Just a gentle reminder that we gather tomorrow morning at 7:00 AM at WMR Campus, BCC The Church for our Monthly Intercessory Prayer.

As we enter this new month, let us come with open eyes and fixed gazes—like the servant who saw the chariots of fire, and like Elisha who refused to let go of his master until he received the double portion.

The Lord has already arranged the second half of 2026. Tomorrow, we align with His purpose, His plan, and His perfect timing.

See you at 7AM. Come expectant!

SUBJECT: INVITATION: Monthly Intercessory Prayer – "Keep Your Eyes Open" (July 2026)

Dear Prayer Warriors,

As we cross the threshold into the second half of 2026, I invite you to a sacred gathering. Our God is the Lord of advance arrangement—He has already prepared the way. He simply asks us to align our eyes and hearts to His purpose, plan, and guidance so we may detect and step into the blessings He has set before us.

Scripture is filled with moments where a single shift in sight changed everything:

· Saul lost his eyes, and Paul received divine insight.
· Elisha kept his eyes on his master and received a double portion.
· The servant’s eyes were opened to see the forest of chariots and horses, gaining unshakable confidence in who was with them.

In Luke 22:10-12 (MSG) , Jesus instructs His disciples: “Keep your eyes open as you enter the city. A man carrying a water jug will meet you... He will show you a spacious second-story room, swept and ready. Prepare the meal there.”

This is our promise: As we keep our spiritual eyes open, He will lead us to the "spacious second half" of 2026—a season filled with perfectly arranged gifts, blessings, and divinely orchestrated opportunities. He will prepare us to seal every deal according to His perfect guidance.

Join us for our Monthly Intercessory Prayer:

📅 Date: Saturday, 4 July 2026
⏰ Time: 7:00 AM
📍 Venue: WMR Campus, BCC The Church

Our Focus:

· To bash the demons of confusion and delay.
· To intercede for super spiritual projects and kingdom assignments.
· To declare a platform for preaching Kingdom news with boldness.
· To pray for the Spirit of the Lord to supply the right words at the right time.

Come expectant. Come aligned. Let us discern His ways and step into the room He has already swept clean and made ready for us.

See you there!

In His service,

Moving Mountains: Why Prayer Transforms Everything

Moving Mountains: Why Prayer Transforms Everything “Have faith in God,” Jesus said (Mark 11:22). Simple words, yet they hold the key to a transformed life. In this single passage, Jesus gives us the ultimate spiritual equation:  Prayer + Faith + Forgiveness = Transformation.  But why is prayer so essential? Because it forces us to stop looking at our problems and start looking at our Provider. Without prayer, we rely on our own limited strength. With prayer, we tap into omnipotence itself. Jesus makes a staggering promise: “Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours” (v. 24). This isn’t positive thinking; it’s supernatural authority. Prayer is effective because God backs His Word. When we speak to your “mountain” (our debts, illness, broken relationship) in faith, God moves on our behalf. But here is the transformative twist: prayer changes us before it changes our circumstances. Notice how Jesus ties prayer directly to forgiveness:...

τηρήσετε (tērēsete)- you will guard, keep watch over

τηρήσετε (tērēsete)- you will guard, keep watch over Reference: John 14:15 — "If you love me, keep my commandments" — sits at a hinge point in Jesus's Farewell discourse, right before HE promises the Holy Spirit (the "Advocate"/Paraclete). Root verb: τηρέω (tēreō) — not the more common Greek word for "obey" (peithomai/hypakouō, meaning to submit to authority), but a word that literally means "to guard," "to watch over," "to keep watch". It's the word used for a guard keeping watch at a post, or someone safeguarding a treasure. Love is defined by obedience, not sentiment. Jesus doesn't say "if you love me, feel devoted to me" — he ties love to concrete action. In John's Gospel, love is verifiable; it shows up in behaviour, not just emotion. The Greek verb for "keep" (tērēsete) is future tense and follows a conditional — love isn't presented as a prerequisite for a transaction ("obey...
