Half Yearly Review - 2025

Scripture Reference: Ps 40:4-5

Nothing is surprise to the Lord. He is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine. He is doing more than we ask for. Sometimes, we may not understand why did allow or not allow or delay certain things. There are 3 possible scenarios that I have come across to our requests.

God says YES to see our gratitude towards Him. He says NO to test our trust in Him. He DELAYS our requests to measure our patience with His timing.

David's life provides valuable lessons, as these three scenarios strengthened him and shaped him into the person the Lord intended him to be. In Ps 40:4, David declared that God have done many wonderful things. According to him, trying to list all the the Lord has done is like trying to count the stars or grains of—an impossible task. They're too numerous to handle, and we'd probably give halfway through. God is so good that we run out of words faster than a chatter a silent retreat. Describing Him might require thousand tongues and even then, we'd only scratch the surface. nature, deeds, and thoughts towards us are so vast, they'd leave human language and logic feeling utterly inadequate.

If we give ourselves over to God, by turning our backs on the world's sure thing, ignore what the world worships, God's reserved huge stockpile of God-wonders and God-thoughts available to us. To express this in simple Biblical language, GOD blesses all who trust in Him. Those who Trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, it can not be moved and abides forever (Ps 125:1). Blessing after blessing comes to those who love and trust the Lord. Hallelujah.

On top of showing his Gratitude for the blessings, He had a super confidence that the Lord have planned marvellous things for him. He worshipped Him by proclaim that He had made wonderful plans for him. This was not merely a positive confession, but an unwavering trust, a steadfast, serene lifestyle that David practiced throughout his life. Let all who seek You shout for Joy and be glad in You. Surely God is my salvation, I will Trust and not be afraid (Is 12:2).

Let us read Your letter what You wrote about us; Let us enter to the party, You are throwing for us; Let God's WORD enter my life, become part of my very being. Let God allow us to enjoy great and unsearchable things planned for us. Let us joyfully dwell in the store of divine marvels, wonders without number, beyond computation.

Father God, as we rewind the journey so far in 2025, we are whole heartedly declaring like David, You have done many wonderful things. At the same time, You have planned many marvellous things already. No one is like You. Nothing compare to You. Your thoughts concerning us are beyond computation. They are higher than earth. Your ways are higher than our thoughts (IS 55:8-9). No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no heart has imagined what GOD has prepared for us (1 Cor 2:9).  You are the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. You will not grow tired or weary. Your understanding is beyond searching out (Is 40:28). Thank you for the many miracles and Wonders done in the first half of 2025. You have multiplied Your wonderous deeds and thoughts towards us for the second half of the year. I place my Trust in the Lord always. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Peace be upon the State of Israel and us. Shalom. Have a Good Weekend.

Boldness

Boldness Reference: Heb 4:12-16 We do not have to tiptoe toward God. We can always enter His presence—not only when in need, full, or facing challenges. His Word pierces soul and spirit, joints and marrow. He knows our thoughts and intentions before we ask or think. So the author of Hebrews urges us: boldly approach the throne of Grace. Receive daily bread, seasonal help, mercies, and Grace He has already arranged. In time of need, at the right time, He will help us. As Peter assured, submit obediently in His hand. Confidence: Not because the week went well. Not because your prayers feel mature. Because the curtain tore. Confidence isn't arrogance. It's knowing God left the door open.  The barrier didn't get thin—it split wide open. The King on the throne is also our High Priest. He knows our weakness from the inside. We are not interrupting Him. We have been invited. Gentle invitation. Urgent invitation. If Grace finds us and fills the room, what happens to the pressure to...

The Lifestyle of David - Faith, Trust and Prayer

The Lifestyle of David - Faith, Trust and Prayer Reference - 1 Sam 17, Ps 59 and 2 Sam 15 David was known as a man after God’s own heart, as witnessed by God Himself. The Bible reveals many reasons for this, but one of the most notable is his unwavering faith—trusting God completely and placing all his hope in the One who is more than able to guide him. I would like to discuss three scenarios and observe his responses to inspire our faith and draw us closer to Him. 1) When the Israelite army fled from Goliath, David stood his ground, boldly declaring the giant’s defeat before the fight even began, trusting entirely in the Name of the Lord rather than physical weapons. With a single stone, David struck Goliath down, vindicated God’s Name, routed the Philistine army, and proved to all that the battle belongs to the Lord. He proclaimed victory before the clash, relying not on spear, sword, or javelin, but on the Lord’s power. David said, in 1 Sam 17:45-47, “You come against me with sword,...

Prayer is tactical, transactional and transformative practice in the Bible.

Yes, prayer in the Bible is indeed **tactical**, **transactional**, and **transformative**. Each of these aspects highlights a different dimension of prayer, showing its depth and power in the life of a believer. Let’s explore these three dimensions with biblical examples and insights: --- ### **1. Prayer is Tactical** Prayer is a **spiritual weapon** and a strategic tool in the believer’s life. It is used to engage in spiritual warfare, seek God’s guidance, and advance His kingdom. - **Biblical Example**: **Ephesians 6:18**     Paul instructs believers to "pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests." This is part of the "armor of God," showing that prayer is a tactical weapon in spiritual battles.    - **Application**:     Prayer is not passive; it is an active, intentional practice to combat evil, break strongholds, and bring God’s will to earth. It is a way to align ourselves with God’s strategies and overcome th...
