Shabbat Shalom from Kent, London - Sep 2021

🕤 20 mins

Sep 2021 - In so far as, He is ABLE to help and provide immediate assistance.

Because He Himself in His humanity has suffered in being tempted, He is able to help and provide immediate assistance to those who are being tempted and exposed to suffering. Heb 2:18

Temptation of its own nature suffering involved. Jesus Christ, our Lord came across the two great and solemn crises—in the wilderness and at Gethsemane—yet Scripture leads us to the view that He was always liable to temptation—though without sin, throughout the whole course of His life of obedience.

The writer of Hebrews mentioned that we do have the High Priest who is able to sympathize with our weaknesses. He is ABLE to deal gently with those who are ignorant and misguided, since He Himself is beset by weakness. (Heb 4:15, 5:2)

Jesus commented about us as follows-  My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. (John 10:29). Hallelujah.

In 1 Cor 10:13, Paul said that - No temptation has seized you, except what is common to man. And God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but will also provide with the temptation the escape, to be able to endure it.

Peter confidently encourages us that The Lord knows how to deliver the Godly out of temptations (2 Pt 2:9). Therefore let us with privilege approach the throne of Grace with confidence and without fear.

Father God, we confess and declare that You are ABLE to help and provide immediate assistance in the journey by guiding us to fulfil the purpose that You have established each one of us during this season. May Your Presence lead us victoriously in Sep'21 to recover, to restore, to escape, to endure and to deliverance. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Ps: Hebrews 2:18, 4:15, 4:16, 5:2, John 10:29, 1 Cor 10:13, 2 Pt 2:9

Shabbat Shalom from Kent, London.

Paul's declared his personal experience to encourage us.

This is why I suffer as I do. Still, I am not ashamed; for I know Him and I am personally acquainted with Him whom I have believed with absolute trust and confidence in Him and in the truth of His deity, and I am persuaded beyond any doubt that He is able to guard that which I have entrusted to Him until that day when I stand before Him.  In Jesus Name, Amen.

God Blesses Israel and Us. 🙏🙏🙏

Shabbat Shalom from Kent, London.

One of the central themes in the Bible is the Trust in the Lord. When people in the Bible trusted God, they experienced His best. When they trusted in anything other than God, they didn’t. More than ever, this fearful world needs a fearless God. Amen.

Events or incidents that we are facing ARE NOT surprising the Lord. When we are going through challenging situations, we have a choice to make. We can turn to the Lord, say to Him that, in all our ways, at all times, with all my heart, we will Trust in, completely Rely confidently on the Lord by acknowledging, recognising Him. Bring them to the Lord in prayer and choose to lay them down at His feet, into His light and allow Him to give us comfort and wisdom. He is our Refuge and Fortress. Hallelujah.

Eg, For Abraham considered preparing to sacrifice Isaac in obedience, is reasonable to believe that God WAS ABLE to raise Isaac even from among the dead. Hallelujah.

Blessed with spiritual security is the man who Believes and Trusts in and Relies on the Lord And whose hope and confident expectation is the Lord. Jeremiah 17:7 AMP

God Blesses Israel and Us. 🙏🙏🙏

Shabbat Shalom from Kent, London.

God has a deep desire to be on the journey with us every step of the way! Hallelujah!!

The following Prayer passage from the Author of Hebrews, is so encouraging us to Trust Him and His timing that He is ABLE and Provide immediate assistance in all that we do superabundantly! Amen.

Now May the God of peace who brought up from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood that sealed and ratified the eternal covenant, equip you with every good thing to carry out His will and strengthen you, making you complete and perfect as you ought to be, accomplishing in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the Glory forever and ever. Amen. Hebrews 13:20‭-‬21

God Blesses Israel and Us. 🙏🙏🙏

Shabbat Shalom from Kent, London.

King Nebuchadnezzar said to Daniel, Are you able to reveal to me the content of the dream which I have seen and its interpretation?”

Daniel answered the king and said, “Regarding the mystery about which the king has inquired, neither the wise men, enchanters, magicians, nor astrologers are able to answer the king, but there is a God in heaven who reveals secrets, and He has shown King Nebuchadnezzar what will take place in the latter days. Daniel 2:26‭-‬28 AMP

God was ABLE to rescue Daniel and all wise men from the King's furious order to wipe out all wise men, by showing the Divine Kingdom roadmap. Amen.

Hence the Scripture says, Because Jesus Himself in His humanity has suffered in being tempted, He is able to help and provide immediate assistance to those who are being tempted and exposed to suffering. Heb 2:18

God Blesses Israel and Us. 🙏🙏🙏

Boldness

Boldness Reference: Heb 4:12-16 We do not have to tiptoe toward God. We can always enter His presence—not only when in need, full, or facing challenges. His Word pierces soul and spirit, joints and marrow. He knows our thoughts and intentions before we ask or think. So the author of Hebrews urges us: boldly approach the throne of Grace. Receive daily bread, seasonal help, mercies, and Grace He has already arranged. In time of need, at the right time, He will help us. As Peter assured, submit obediently in His hand. Confidence: Not because the week went well. Not because your prayers feel mature. Because the curtain tore. Confidence isn't arrogance. It's knowing God left the door open.  The barrier didn't get thin—it split wide open. The King on the throne is also our High Priest. He knows our weakness from the inside. We are not interrupting Him. We have been invited. Gentle invitation. Urgent invitation. If Grace finds us and fills the room, what happens to the pressure to...

The Lifestyle of David - Faith, Trust and Prayer

The Lifestyle of David - Faith, Trust and Prayer Reference - 1 Sam 17, Ps 59 and 2 Sam 15 David was known as a man after God’s own heart, as witnessed by God Himself. The Bible reveals many reasons for this, but one of the most notable is his unwavering faith—trusting God completely and placing all his hope in the One who is more than able to guide him. I would like to discuss three scenarios and observe his responses to inspire our faith and draw us closer to Him. 1) When the Israelite army fled from Goliath, David stood his ground, boldly declaring the giant’s defeat before the fight even began, trusting entirely in the Name of the Lord rather than physical weapons. With a single stone, David struck Goliath down, vindicated God’s Name, routed the Philistine army, and proved to all that the battle belongs to the Lord. He proclaimed victory before the clash, relying not on spear, sword, or javelin, but on the Lord’s power. David said, in 1 Sam 17:45-47, “You come against me with sword,...

Prayer is tactical, transactional and transformative practice in the Bible.

Yes, prayer in the Bible is indeed **tactical**, **transactional**, and **transformative**. Each of these aspects highlights a different dimension of prayer, showing its depth and power in the life of a believer. Let’s explore these three dimensions with biblical examples and insights: --- ### **1. Prayer is Tactical** Prayer is a **spiritual weapon** and a strategic tool in the believer’s life. It is used to engage in spiritual warfare, seek God’s guidance, and advance His kingdom. - **Biblical Example**: **Ephesians 6:18**     Paul instructs believers to "pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests." This is part of the "armor of God," showing that prayer is a tactical weapon in spiritual battles.    - **Application**:     Prayer is not passive; it is an active, intentional practice to combat evil, break strongholds, and bring God’s will to earth. It is a way to align ourselves with God’s strategies and overcome th...
