Jun-21 The Greatness of the God

He gives strength to the weary, And to him who has no might He increases power. Isaiah 40:29 AMP

Weary and weakness are the side effects of an exceedingly long journey. The truth is that when we allow Him in the journey, He is ensuring the opposite, which is strength and power, in an increasing measure - a seeming paradox. He is filling up again, restoring it to the former levels and supply fully as and when we turn unto Him, because He is The Everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth Does not become tired or grow weary (V28).

Let’s look at the terms of condition to such functionality.

a) Who wait for the LORD, who expect, look for, and hope in Him- Will gain new strength and renew their power- When we rise close to God, like eagles rising toward the sun, we will run and not become weary and will walk and not grow tired. (V31)

b) To let Him Shepherd us because He will gather the lambs in His arm,
He will carry them in His bosom (remarkably close or intimate)- to tend, to guard, to govern, to provide pasture, to defend from danger, as a shepherd does his flock. (V11)

O God, You are awesome in Your sanctuary; the God of Israel Himself gives strength and power to us, His people. Blessed be God!  May He refresh the weary soul and replenish all who are weak in the Mighty Name of the Lord. Let The greatness of the Lord, make it clear to us by the magnitude of His operations as Creator, by the perfection and self-sufficiency of His knowledge, and by the insignificance in comparison with Him of all that exists. We Pray this, in the Holy Name of Jesus, Amen.

The journey from Jerusalem to Damascus holds every detail of this profound transformation. It was an intense, 140-mile mission driven by fury to eradicate the followers of Christ—a mission sanctioned by the chief priest and spiritual leader but not approved by the Lord. God will halt what He does not permit , and so Saul was abruptly stopped, stunned by a blinding flash of light. In that moment, Jesus commanded him to go into the city, where he would be told what to do next. God has us where He wants us.... Saul had order, but in a split second, the very people he was leading ended up guiding him after a heavenly encounter caused him to lose his sight. Realizing he had been doing the exact opposite of what was right in the name of religion, he experienced a relationship with God for...
