Why can not we stay on par ? Can we? Yes, We can!!

 🕐 15 mins

Believing in Jesus doesn’t mean you will have no more problems. It’s because you believe in Jesus, that the world will fight against you, but Jesus is always with you and is victorious.

Amidst the problems, The God enabled peace or God expected outcome from our lives is possible when we humble ourselves before God and willingly put to death our selfish desires. Amen.

Jesus slept in the middle of the storm. Paul and Silas worshiped in prison. Peter and John calmly testified before the Jewish religious leaders. In all of these situations, they experienced a supernatural peace, exhibited the God expected love. Peace is not the absence of problems; it’s knowing that you’re securely held in the hands of Jesus.

When we are consumed by a passion for God’s glory, we will boldly face all that the world throws our way, because we are convinced that the peace of Christ is greater than the (trials, challenges, heartaches, unfair, low esteem, failures and victim feelings) of this world.

So, let’s get out there and start witnessing! Jesus has given us a task to do and has given us everything we need to do it. It has been over 2,000 years, and the task has not been completed yet;

The world is passing away, and with it its lusts [the shameful pursuits and ungodly longings]; but the one who does the will of God and carries out His purposes lives forever. 1 John 2:17 AMP

Prayer is simple and brigs victory but we fail to spend time or do daily.

Forgiveness is bridge to refurbish the old to new but we may carry it so rigidly to miss the much improved version of blessings awaiting for us.

Walking by Holy Spirit and filling by His anointing are the great secrets that First century apostles experienced to trigger the world upside down.

Peter's brave behaviour completely changed when he started using the Word of God and applied what he learned from His Mentor.

Paul and Silas's Praise and Worship session at Prison cell is the most powerful experience that we could witness from the Bible.

Stephen's preach, David's proclamation and many more incidents from the Bible proves us that we can stay on par with the God's expectations. He would not given commandments if it's not possible for us to follow them.

Multiple views extracted from the Bible to illustrate the point..

God's view to stay to on par is that to align with the God's Son, listen, obey and yield to Him!

  • Then a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My beloved Son, My Chosen One; listen and obey and yield to Him!” Luke 9:35 AMP
Jesus's view to to stay on par is that to Glorify the Lord on the earth by completing the work that He has given to do- Tasks provided by Him to be fulfilled.
  • I have glorified You [down here] on the earth by completing the work that You gave Me to do. Now, Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory and majesty that I had with You before the world existed. John 17:4‭-‬5 AMP
  • He has solved the problem of death and our separation from Him. That work is complete! Amen.

Abraham's view to stay on par is that to completely trust, convince and rest our Faith on Him by declaring that Th Lord will do what He has promised.
  • ....being fully convinced that God had the power to do what He had promised. Romans 4:21 AMP

Moses's
view to stay on par is that asking God not to lead further unless His presence go before the Israelites and encouraged the people stay calm by assuring them that the Lord will fight the battels while we need to keep silent and remain clam by trusting Him
  • Then Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid! Take your stand [be firm and confident and undismayed] and see the salvation of the Lord which He will accomplish for you today; for those Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see again. The Lord will fight for you while you [only need to] keep silent and remain calm.” The Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the sons of Israel to move forward [toward the sea]. As for you, lift up your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, so that the sons of Israel may go through the middle of the sea on dry land. As for Me, hear this: I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they will go in [the sea] after them; and I will be glorified and honored through Pharaoh and all his army, and his war-chariots and his horsemen. And the Egyptians shall know [without any doubt] and acknowledge that I am the Lord , when I am glorified and honored through Pharaoh, through his war-chariots and his charioteers.” When Israel saw the great power which the Lord had used against the Egyptians, they feared the Lord [with reverence and awe-filled respect], and they believed in the Lord , and in His servant Moses. Exodus 14:13‭-‬18‭, ‬31
Paul's
view to stay on par is that by dealing the Conflict of Two Natures by His Grace
  • When we were living in the flesh [trapped by sin], the sinful passions, which were awakened by [that which] the Law [identifies as sin], were at work in our body to bear fruit for death [since the willingness to sin led to death and separation from God]. Romans 7:5 AMP
  • For I do not understand my own actions [I am baffled and bewildered by them]. I do not practice what I want to do, but I am doing the very thing I hate [and yielding to my human nature, my worldliness—my sinful capacity]. But if I am doing the very thing I do not want to do, I am no longer the one doing it [that is, it is not me that acts], but the sin [nature] which lives in me. but I see a different law and rule of action in the members of my body [in its appetites and desires], waging war against the law of my mind and subduing me and making me a prisoner of the law of sin which is within my members. Wretched and miserable man that I am! Who will [rescue me and] set me free from this body of death [this corrupt, mortal existence]? Thanks be to God [for my deliverance] through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, on the one hand I myself with my mind serve the law of God, but on the other, with my flesh [my human nature, my worldliness, my sinful capacity—I serve] the law of sin. Romans 7:15‭, ‬20‭, ‬23‭-‬25 AMP
  • And not only this, but [with joy] let us exult in our sufferings and rejoice in our hardships, knowing that hardship (distress, pressure, trouble) produces patient endurance; and endurance, proven character (spiritual maturity); and proven character, hope and confident assurance [of eternal salvation]. Such hope [in God’s promises] never disappoints us, because God’s love has been abundantly poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us. Romans 5:3‭-‬5 AMP
  • Rejoice always and delight in your faith; be unceasing and persistent in prayer; in every situation [no matter what the circumstances] be thankful and continually give thanks to God; for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16‭-‬18 AMP
John's
view to stay on par is that to practice the truth comes to the Light.
  • For every wrongdoer hates the Light, and does not come to the Light [but shrinks from it] for fear that his [sinful, worthless] activities will be exposed and condemned. But whoever practices truth [and does what is right—morally, ethically, spiritually] comes to the Light, so that his works may be plainly shown to be what they are—accomplished in God [divinely prompted, done with God’s help, in dependence on Him].” John 3:20‭-‬21 AMP

In conclusion
  • If we are faithless, He remains faithful [true to His word and His righteous character], for He cannot deny Himself. 2 Timothy 2:13 AMP
  • No one who is born of God [deliberately, knowingly, and habitually] practices sin, because God’s seed [His principle of life, the essence of His righteous character] remains [permanently] in him [who is born again—who is reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, and set apart for His purpose]; and he [who is born again] cannot habitually [live a life characterized by] sin, because he is born of God and longs to please Him. 1 John 3:9 AMP
  • Call to Me and I will answer you, and tell you [and even show you] great and mighty things, [things which have been confined and hidden], which you do not know and understand and cannot distinguish.’ Jeremiah 33:3 AMP

God Blesses you!!!
