Distractions (Digital) damages the Divine interactions.  The Adonai used Elijah to perform miracles of the fire (in opposition of 1:450 false prophets) followed by the water (in drought with Ahab), however he has to deal carefully to be focused what is the next in the God's agenda with out any distractions. We can not face our new challenges by using yesterday's (fire and water miracles to be managed as He guides) experience. I marvelled joyfully when I discovered a pattern of help from Adonai through Scripture verses.  In what ways can we ask for help and receive impactful outcomes from the Lord?  • Health & Wellbeing- Psalms 30: 2 CEV - I prayed to you, Lord God,and you healed me. • Transformation- He promotes the poor from the dirt or dust.
