Jabez Prayed

Shabbat Shalom from Kent, London.

*Jabez Prayed*

Despite his birth had a difficult beginning, the most significant part of Jabez's story is his prayer to God. Amen.

His mother called him as pain and suffering. Everlasting Father assured to enlarge his territory, to protect him by HIS hand, to overcome his pain and deliver him from all evil.

If ever we experienced getting blamed for all our activities, we can understand the pain of Jabez. His birth status and upbringing would have made him vulnerable to public scrutiny, had he made any mistakes.

However, Prayer changes everything. It gives birth to the things new and at the same time, help us to ask God to fulfil His intended purpose irrespective of bad or difficult life-experiences.

The desperate cry from him, changed his destiny!!! "Oh, that You would bless me indeed, and enlarge my territory, that Your hand would be with me, and that You would keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!"

What a cry!!! He cried to the Lord that he does not want to be pain or cause pain to his mom or his brothers or his household or anyone.

God granted Jabez's request, making him a blessing. The story about him revealed in 1 Chronicles 4:9-10  as, Jabez was more honorable than his brothers. God know our stories from the beginning. Hallelujah!!ЁЯШД

Be assured that we may be work in progress in our life journey but We have positioned in Him fully, that is 100%.

The story of Jabez is a reminder that God is a Good and Gracious God who loves to bless His children. If we will trust in Him and Pray boldly, He will answer our prayers and bring good things in our lives. Amen. Hallelujah.

How to Pray in times of need and challenge

Shabbat Shalom from Kent, London.

How to Pray in times of need and challenge

Nehemiah is teaching this secret to us in the Bible.

 * In Nehemiah 1:5-11, He confesses the sins of his own, shortcomings and failures. He pleads for God's mercy and forgiveness, humbly seeks God's Grace and restoration. He Prays for God's favour and blessing on his endeavours, asks God to guide and prosper his efforts.

* In Nehemiah 4:4-5, He intercedes for protection from enemies and adversaries and requests God's shield against those who oppose him. He highlights gratitude for God's faithfulness and provision and acknowledges God's past blessings and trust in His continued care.

* In Nehemiah 9:5-38, He offers a comprehensive prayer of confession and thanksgiving and acknowledges God's greatness and faithfulness. He examines his reliance on God and His power and calls out his limitations and trust in God's ability to work through him , to him.

In summary, His Prayers cover sincere confession, cry out for His Grace, seeking Favour, requests Guidance, wisdom in decision-making, expects His strength, asking Courage to persevere in the face of challenges and empowerment to overcome obstacles by having an unwavering Trust in God's promises and faithfulness.

Let's also express our deep faith and reliance on God and undoubted belief that God will fulfil His Word and work all things for our good in times of need. In Jesus Name, Amen. Hallelujah!!!

He’s the end of all anxiety and the safest place

God is the only remedy for your fear, anxiety, and insecurity. So, when you’re curled up inside your own cave, listen for Him. He’s right there patiently waiting and tenderly speaking to you. He’s the end of all anxiety and the safest place for suffering. He’s enough

Speak, or sing, these words: “Goodbye fear, goodbye guilt, goodbye shame. Goodbye pain, goodbye grave, it’s a new horizon.” Then sing, “Hello peace, hello joy, hello love, hello strength, hello hope, it’s a new horizon.”

And watch that fear be washed away with faith.

It is because of the Lord’s lovingkindnesses that we are not consumed, Because His [tender] compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great and beyond measure is Your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22‭-‬23 AMP

It’s a new horizon

God’s wisdom is amazing. Contrary to fishing at night, Jesus asked his experienced and professional fishermen aka disciples *to cast their nets on the right side in the morning*. Others on the shore would have laughed at them for fishing at the wrong time. Without any argument, His disciples obeyed His word. They caught 153 full large fishes, which emphasizes the fact that *something extraordinary had happened, because Someone extraordinary was there*.. Its a great catch of fish, but even with so many the net was not torn. Fishermen who had failed to catch even one fish during an entire night of work, this remarkable catch provided more evidence that their belief in Jesus Christ was well placed. Hallelujah!!!

MHC says, He knows the temporal wants of his people, and has promised them not only grace sufficient, but food convenient. Divine Providence extends itself to things most minute, and those are happy who acknowledge God in all their ways. Amen.

And He said to them, “Cast the net on the right-hand side of the boat (starboard) and you will find some.” So they cast [the net], and then they were not able to haul it in because of the great catch of fish. John 21:6 AMP

Prayer
“Loving heavenly Father, I bring all my efforts towards my ministries/ family/ job / marriage / children / finance before you. You are the God who has promised that we will eat the labour of our hands. As you have said, bless all my efforts in every area of my life. Help me to reap the reward in abundance. In Jesus’ Name I pray, Amen.”

God’s counsel always leads to abundant harvest’

Hannah Praying

Shabbat Shalom from Kent, London.

*Hannah Praying*

The lives of biblical figures challenge us to emulate their prayerful lifestyle. Their stories inspire us to persevere in prayer, trusting in God's ability to work through our petitions.

Hannah, barren and sorrowful, cried out to the Lord. Her heart ached for a child, and she sought comfort in prayer. Though loved by her husband Elkanah and devoted to the Lord, her womb remained closed. Peninnah, her rival wife, mocked her, adding to her pain.

She sought ADONAI'S intervention, promising to dedicate her future child to THE LORD’S service. Her prayer was heartfelt, passionate, and filled with both anguish and hope.

Moved by Hannah's heartfelt plea, God answered her prayer. She conceived and gave birth to a son, whom she named Samuel. True to her promise, she dedicated Samuel to the LORD’S service, entrusting him to the care of the high priest, Eli.

Hannah's life and prayer serves as an inspiration for the church today in many ways.....
 * Persistence in prayer: Hannah did not give up, even in the face of disappointment and adversity.
 * Honoring God's promises: She kept her vow to dedicate her son to the Lord.
 * Trusting in God's timing: Hannah waited patiently for God's answer to her prayer.
 * Surrendering to God's will: She willingly gave up her son for God's service.

Our prayer can’t just be a part of our lives, but it must be everything in our lives! Amen.

Jacob's Life of Prayer

Shabbat Shalom from Kent, London.

*Jacob's Life of Prayer*

Well, the awareness to approach YHWH for everything, seeking HIS guidance, letting HIM be our guardian, to allow HIM to win our battles, Asking HIM to help us and continually please HIM are building blocks of Life of Prayer.

Lets take Jacob's life. He did not realise that he has been blessed by the best. On a contrary, he has been running due to the problems and challenges that he was facing due to Easu, Laban. Soverign plan is to bless him and multiplying his lineage. Jacob become fruitful, Inherited Abraham promise, multiplied and become great company.

Undoubtedly he has recognised ADONAI in Bethel and Gen 28:16 AMP says that Jacob awoke from his sleep and he said, “Without any doubt the Lord is in this place, and I did not realize it.”

As Jacob shifted his faith by focusing and dependency on GOD, developed an alignment by saying yes to the LORD, realised HIS navigation, he has experienced both the eternal and carnal blessings that are too great to be counted. He offered, built an alter and named that sacred place (Bethel) as a sign of thanksgiving for the ADONAI'S increased blessings in his life.

Let's also develop a life of Prayer by not letting go off Him, without any doubt trusting Him. May we declare as Jacob did, by stating that the Lord is in my efforts, my prioritises, my places, my church, my family, my communities, my land and my territories. Let's recognise His faithfulness and awesome plans and purposes in our lives.

Pastor Kevin Queen says, "Prayer isn't the only thing we do, but it is the first thing we do."

We develop a stronger faithfilled life of Prayer when we discover God's eternal love during our temporary challenges. Amen. Hallelujah ЁЯШД.
