God is the only remedy for your fear, anxiety, and insecurity. So, when you’re curled up inside your own cave, listen for Him. He’s right there patiently waiting and tenderly speaking to you. He’s the end of all anxiety and the safest place for suffering. He’s enough

Speak, or sing, these words: “Goodbye fear, goodbye guilt, goodbye shame. Goodbye pain, goodbye grave, it’s a new horizon.” Then sing, “Hello peace, hello joy, hello love, hello strength, hello hope, it’s a new horizon.”

And watch that fear be washed away with faith.

It is because of the Lord’s lovingkindnesses that we are not consumed, Because His [tender] compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great and beyond measure is Your faithfulness. Lamentations 3:22‭-‬23 AMP
