God pays greater attention to us, down to the last details.....

God never overlooks anyone; God pays greater attention to us, down to the last details.....

Luke 12:6-7 MSG- [6-7] “What’s the price of two or three pet canaries? Some loose change, right? But God never overlooks a single one. Prayer of Isaac and Rebekah

Prayed hard to break the barren..
For the double for the trouble.....
For God's answers...
To find out what is going on.....

Genesis 25:21-23 MSG
[21-23] Isaac prayed hard to God for his wife because she was barren. God answered his prayer and Rebekah became pregnant. But the children tumbled and kicked inside her so much that she said, “If this is the way it’s going to be, why go on living?” She went to God to find out what was going on. God told her, Two nations are in your womb, two peoples butting heads while still in your body. One people will overpower the other, and the older will serve the younger.

2) Lifestyle - Prayer of Agur

Proverbs 30:7-9 MSG - [7-9] And then he prayed, “God, I’m asking for two things before I die; don’t refuse me— Banish lies from my lips and liars from my presence. Give me enough food to live on, neither too much nor too little. If I’m too full, I might get independent, saying, ‘God? Who needs him?’ If I’m poor, I might steal and dishonour the name of my God.”

3) To the matters that needs God's deliverance and attention

Specific to a family.... 1 Kings 17:21-23 MSG
[21-23] Three times he stretched himself out full-length on the boy, praying with all his might, “God, my God, put breath back into this boy’s body!” God listened to Elijah’s prayer and put breath back into his body—he was alive! Elijah picked the boy up, carried him downstairs from the loft, and gave him to his mother. “Here’s your son,” said Elijah, “alive!”

4) Specific to a season and nation

1 Kings 18:36-37 MSG - [36-37] When it was time for the sacrifice to be offered, Elijah the prophet came up and prayed, “O God, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, make it known right now that you are God in Israel, that I am your servant, and that I’m doing what I’m doing under your orders. Answer me, God; O answer me and reveal to this people that you are God, the true God, and that you are giving these people another chance at repentance.”

5) Stop acting - Playactors.

Mt 6:1-4

Acting compassion if someone watching...
Do it quietly- God who conceived us notices, works behind the scenes will help us out...

2 Samuel 12:13-14 MSG
[13-14] Then David confessed to Nathan, “I’ve sinned against God.” Nathan pronounced, “Yes, but that’s not the last word. God forgives your sin. You won’t die for it. But because of your blasphemous behaviour, the son born to you will die.”

2 Samuel 12:15-18 MSG
[15-18] After Nathan went home, God afflicted the child that Uriah’s wife bore to David, and he came down sick. David prayed desperately to God for the little boy. He fasted, wouldn’t go out, and slept on the floor. The elders in his family came in and tried to get him off the floor, but he wouldn’t budge. Nor could they get him to eat anything. On the seventh day the child died. David’s servants were afraid to tell him. They said, “What do we do now? While the child was living he wouldn’t listen to a word we said. Now, with the child dead, if we speak to him there’s no telling what he’ll do.”

God Never overlooks anyone...

God Never overlooks anyone.... Reference  Lk 12:6-7 What about the seemingly minor issues of our lives? Do they matter to our God? Of course They do!!! Our God is the Lord who pays close attention to every detail of our lives. We may think we need to tell Him everything that has happened, is happening, or will happen to seek His support or blessings, but that’s just a myth. On the contrary, He wants us to invite Him into all aspects of our lives. We don’t need to inform Him, just welcome Him into our family, church, and community. That’s all we need to do and understand. He never overlooks anyone. Lk 12:6-7 (MSG)- What’s the price of two or three pet canaries? Some loose change, right? But God never overlooks a single one . And He pays even greater attention to you, down to the last detail —even numbering the hairs on your head! So don’t be intimidated by all this bully talk. You’re worth more than a million canaries. Are the hairs on our heads numbered or counted? Yes, they are....

Living the Empowered Life — God’s Way - Feb 2026

07Feb26-Summary: Intercession Gathering | 1WMR Site, BCC The Church* This morning, *18 intercessors* gathered not in word only, but in the *demonstrated power of the Holy Spirit.* In the spirit of 1 Corinthians 4:20, where Paul confronts a divided church with the truth that “God’s Way is not a matter of mere talk; it’s an empowered life,” we moved beyond discussion into divine encounter. *Highlights of Our Time:* *   *A Heart of Thanksgiving:* We began with Hannah’s prayer (1 Samuel 2:1–10), bursting with “God-news”—recognizing His unparalleled power to speak life into barrenness and fill homes with purpose and blessing. *   *Focused, Layered Intercession:* In unity, we prayed in expanding circles—for Bromley, London, the UK, and every continent. We declared, like the early church, that “the word of the Lord spread widely and grew in power” (Acts 19:20). *   *Prophetic Declarations:* Pastor Mark led prayers for deliverance in families, church growth, financ...
