because GOD the LORD is the Rock eternal

because GOD the LORD is the Rock eternal

Reference- Isaiah 26:3-4 remains true and steadfast today: "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord himself, is the Rock eternal."

The Command: Trust - You've beautifully captured the heart of our walk with God—whether He says stay, move, wait, or build, our singular response must be trust. This isn't passive resignation but active reliance on the One who holds all things.

The Foundation: His Character.
  • Our trust isn't grounded in circumstances but in who He is:
  • Our Everlasting Rock—unchanging, unmovable
  • Our Fortress and Shield—our protection and defense
  • Omniscient and Omnipotent—all-knowing, all-powerful
  • Faithful in covenant—"I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5)
  • Working all things for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28)
  • Enduring in mercy—"His love endures forever" (Psalm 136:1)
The Promise: Perfect Peace - This "perfect peace" (shalom shalom in Hebrew) isn't the absence of trouble but the presence of wholeness, completeness, and well-being that comes from:
  • A steadfast mind—fixed on Him, not circumstances
  • A trusting heart—relying on His timing and ways
  • A surrendered will—holding His hand as our strategy
Father God, because we trust You, we will hold Your hand—that's our strategy, that's our motive. We trust Your specific, progressive guidance. We will trust You always. This is the command we follow. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Today, may we fix our thoughts on Him, consuming our imagination with His faithfulness rather than our fears. May we walk in the perfect peace promised to those whose trust is anchored not in outcomes but in the Eternal Rock Himself.

The Lord is indeed worthy of our complete Trust...

I will Bless the Lord

I will bless the Lord, at all times...  Reference: Ps 34:1 - I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. One of the most important attitudes we can embrace in life is making it a habit to bless Him continually. I use the word “lifestyle” on purpose—it’s not just for when we feel like it, but also for when we don’t, because it’s essential. It’s not only about what we do, but who we are.  David’s steady commitment was clear in his words. He received countless blessings from the Lord even before he became well-known. Before everyone knew his name, the Lord knew him for his constant praise and gratitude. Out in the fields, tending sheep in the green pastures, he would sing, dance, and bless the Lord. That was David's preparation to the bigger assignments.  Verse 4 from this chapter really spoke to me: I sought the Lord, trusting in His word, and He answered me, delivering me from all my fears. So, I bless the Lord—Amen, Hallelujah. He...

If He said it, He will do it

Intercessory Monthly Meeting – May 2, 2026 Theme: If He said it, He will do it! 1. 15 intercessory warriors showed up – not in name only, but in spirit. - The atmosphere was desperate, eager, and hungry.   - Cases upon cases (prayer requests) were presented.   - Men and women shared words of encouragement and scriptures – all pointing to one truth: He is completely dependable AND TRUSTABLE. Our Declaration - If You said it, You will do it We echoed Paul in 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 – God Himself makes us holy and whole.   We started by thanking Him:  For who He is || For what He has done || For what He has already purposed   When we know that God Himself got into the business to make everything holy and whole – what else do we need? Amen! The Testimony of Determination - One warrior chose to stand in the gap over a haircut or personal chores. That’s the attitude of the **Canaanite woman** (Matthew 15) –   She kept calling. The discipl...
