For His Name’s Sake

Shabbat Shalom from Kent, London. For His Name’s Sake! The famous Psalm 23 begins with, "You are my Shepherd!" or "The Lord is my Shepherd!" David referred to Him as God, My Shepherd. "I will never be in need. I do not need a thing, I lack nothing, and I shall not want." Every time we read this passage, it speaks to us vividly, refreshing and renewing our spirits. The reason for this is simple—it reflects His unchanging Character. He cannot change or act differently toward different people at different times. You make us lie down in green pastures and lead us beside quiet waters. You restore our souls and renew our strength, breathing new life into us. You guide us along the right paths for the sake of Your Name, remaining true to who You are. With You by our side, we fear no evil, for Your rod and staff comfort and protect us. Even as we walk through the darkest valley, You are there to shield, guide, console, and comfort us. Your Shepherd's rod fill...

When It Happens, remember where you heard it

24Oct2025 - Shabbat Shalom from Kent, London When It Happens, remember where you heard it Scripture Reference: 2 Ch 18:19-27 Jehoshaphat was well settled and formed an alliance with Ahab by arranging a marriage between his son and Ahab's daughter. During one of his visits, Ahab hosted a grand feast and expressed his desire to fight against Aram to reclaim Ramoth in Gilead. Jehoshaphat agreed but suggested, "First, let's ask the Lord what to do next." Ahab summoned 400 prophets, all of whom encouraged him to proceed. However, Jehoshaphat hesitated and asked, "Is there another prophet of God we can consult for a second opinion?" Ahab mentioned a man in their discussion, a prophet of God named Micaiah. The king of Israel replied to Jehoshaphat, “There is still one prophet through whom we can seek the Lord’s guidance, but I hate him because he never prophesies anything favourable about me, only bad things." What an incredible testimony! He never flattered k...

But First and then from what's Left

17-Oct-2025 - Shabbat Shalom from Kent, London. But First and then from what's Left Scripture reference: 1 Kg 17 & Lk 4:25-26 This is the Simple principle that JESUS and the Bible teaching us! In a drought situation, after God asked Elijah to pray to shut the skies for 3 and half years, our YHWH had a plan to bring the situation to a closure too- Hence this principle is very significant to trust HIM and HIS guidance 100%. God prepared Elijah and guided him to Zarephath to meet a particular widow. Jesus referenced this event in His teaching in Luke 4:25-26, when the people failed to honor Him or His miracles. Our God is a God of precision, who may not provide all the details upfront, but when we trust Him in faith, He will lead us step by step. Tough situation, demands tough decision but thorough focus.  Elijah had nothing to lose in a dry, foodless situation, so he decided to follow God's instructions. As he entered the village, he encountered a woman gathering firewo...

The Power of Praise - Oct 2025

The Power of Praise  - Oct 2025 Reference Ps 8:1-2 Dear Brothers and Sisters, What a powerful time we shared together in the presence of the Lord! My heart is full of thanks to God and to each one of you—the 14 who joined in person and the 9 who attended online—for standing with us. God truly Glorified Himself as we fixed our eyes on Him and gave thanks. Just as with Jehoshaphat, our posture was not one of our own strength, but of dependence—and He fought for us. He built the fortress and silenced the enemy through the simple, profound power of our praise. Be encouraged! The victory is already won in Christ. The joyful relief, the peace, and the abundant pouring out of the Holy Spirit we experienced are a testament to His faithfulness. He has done it all! We are believing that the next time we gather, it will be even better as the Lord continues to draw us deeper into His purposes. Let us continue to stand in our priestly position, to worship in Spirit and in truth, and to watch in...
