A)Position - Person appointed.- starting point-
Jesus positioned his disciples

Imposed.. not very effective.

B) Permission- relationship- listens- observers- learns- developer trust...
Serving- positive env- you can like people w/o leading them but you can not lead people w/o liking them.





C) Production-getting things done.. a model for others to follow...attract to be with them. Influence- energy-

Who you are is who you will ultimately attract....Great exaggerator-

Results- level 3
People follow you....


D) Develop the people- not just power but empowering others....
Use position, relationship and productivity to invest in their followers...
Teamwork moves to a higher level
Reproduces themselves. Performance increases and everyone wins.....
