Your comforts - Apr2023

Shabbat Shalom - Happy Apr 2023.

*Your comforts*.

When my anxious thoughts multiply within me, Your comforts delight me. Psalms 94:19 AMP

The places or incidents in the Bible remind us of the outcome of His comforts. Misbahs, Reapings in Ravage, Boaz fields, Lion's den, wilderness journey, Thrashing floors, Sanctuaries, Giants, Storms, rushing streams, sycamore trees, high falls, abiding at His feet, hem of the garments and His courts. There are so many more—Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, Samuel, the prophets.. toppled kingdoms, made justice work, took the promises for themselves, protected from fires, and sword thrusts, turned disadvantage to advantage, won battles, routed alien armies, received their loved ones back from the dead, under torture, refused to give in and go free, preferring something better: resurrection. Others braved abuse and whips, and, yes, chains and dungeons. We have stories of those who were stoned, sawed in two, murdered in cold blood; stories of vagrants wandering the earth in animal skins, homeless, friendless, powerless—the world didn’t deserve them!—making their way as best they could on the cruel edges of the world. Not one of these people, even though their lives of faith were exemplary, got their hands on what was promised. *God had a better plan for us*: We serve a supernatural God in whom the impossible happens. Hallelujah.

Have a Blessed Month. In Jesus Name, Amen. 🙌

Peace be upon Israel and Us. 🙏🙏🙏
In His Grip..

Ps: Hebrews 11:32‭-‬40.

God has us where He wants us - Breaking Saul, Becoming Paul Reference: Acts 9 Saul, once a fervent religious extremist, was transformed when God chose to claim him and place him precisely where He intended. The journey from Jerusalem to Damascus holds every detail of this profound transformation. It was an intense, 140-mile mission driven by fury to eradicate the followers of Christ—a mission sanctioned by the chief priest and spiritual leader but not approved by the Lord. God will halt what He does not permit , and so Saul was abruptly stopped, stunned by a blinding flash of light. In that moment, Jesus commanded him to go into the city, where he would be told what to do next. God has us where He wants us.... Saul had order, but in a split second, the very people he was leading ended up guiding him after a heavenly encounter caused him to lose his sight. Realizing he had been doing the exact opposite of what was right in the name of religion, he experienced a relationship with God for...
