Heb 11:6 Days, it's impossible to please God without faith.

when you walk with God, trust in His Spirit, and yield to Him, the fruit comes, and you grow up and mature, and everything works as it is supposed to work. (Galatians 5:22-23)

Bae’ means ‘before anyone else,’ and so ultimately we have to recognise that God is our ultimate ‘before anyone else’; he comes before anyone else, and is the foundation that we build our lives on. If we try and build our lives on anyone else, we will find that they will at some point let us down.

The first question I like to ask people when it comes to this topic is ‘how do you think God sees you’? The Bible tells us that, as Christians, God sees us as his son / daughter. In today’s verse, we read that we are members of God’s family.

Jesus doesn't say "if you love me, feel devoted to me" — he ties love to concrete action. In John's Gospel, love is verifiable; it shows up in behaviour, not just emotion. The Greek verb for "keep" (tērēsete) is future tense and follows a conditional — love isn't presented as a prerequisite for a transaction ("obey...
